Which cookies and browser storage this service uses, which need your consent, and how to change your answer. Written under section 205 of the Finnish Act on Electronic Communications Services (917/2014) and the GDPR.
The only cookie this service sets on its own is the one that keeps you signed in. Everything else it stores stays in your own browser and is never sent to us. Analytics — if the operator has switched any on — do not run until you accept them.
These are set because the service cannot work without them. They do not need consent, and there is no way to switch them off and still sign in.

These run only if you accepted them. They are listed here as actually configured on this instance, not as a generic list — if the table says none, none are running.
Analytics tell us which pages help people and which do not. Nothing you type into the application is sent to them: they run on the public pages only, and never inside the signed-in workspace.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the strictly necessary cookie will stop you being able to sign in.
Storing anything on your device, or reading it, needs your consent unless it is strictly necessary to provide the service you asked for. That is section 205 of the Act on Electronic Communications Services. Where the stored data also identifies you, the GDPR applies on top of it, which is why the choice is a real yes or no rather than a banner you have to dismiss.
